The Biltmore's main hotel function capabilities encompass 36,000 square feet of flexible catering and conference space. The hotel has been making dreams come true for Quinceañeras all over South Florida, from the intimate and elegant to the grandiose. The Biltmore's varied offering of function rooms, three architecturally magnificent ballrooms and a variety of beautiful outdoor event space provide a multitude of venues. The Biltmore has earned the reputation as a leading event facility.
The hotel has two Old World style main ballrooms, the Granada and the Alhambra, that each measure approximately 4,000 square feet and have been historically restored to their original grandeur. The 21 additional meeting and board rooms range from 400 to 7,000 square feet. The Biltmore's restored Country Club Grand Ballroom (7,000 sq. ft.) has been the site for the welcoming reception of the Summit of the Americas conference in 1994 with President Clinton and 33 leaders of the Western Hemisphere as well as many celebrity weddings, galas and notable events.
